After submitting your request, a pre-paid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
